Julia Kloos

Dr. Julia Kloos holds a PhD Degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Bonn, Germany. During her studies, she specialized in environmental and resource economics and also in development economics. Before joining UNU-EHS, she worked on water economics, integrated water resources management and on the economics of land degradation at the Center of Development Research (ZEF) in several research projects. Since July 2011, Dr. Kloos is an Associate Academic Officer in the Environmental Vulnerability and Ecosystem Services (EVES) Section at UNU-EHS.
